Waldo at the Heather Gardens New Year’s Party

Recently, we were asked to find Waldo, the famous peripatetic bon vivant, who was suspected of having attended the Heather Gardens New Year’s Dinner Dance. Using the photos in the February issue of Heather ’n Yon, and our highly specialized computer software, we were successful. Our search is documented below.
